Congratulations to the five students who recently represented the College at the Regional Cross Country Championships. This event brought together the strongest runners from across the region, which led to some exceptional times being run.

We are especially pleased to announce that two of our students have qualified for the State Cross Country Championships. Congratulations to Ramiro V (2nd place) and Jacob D (7th Place) on an outstanding run and their overall result. This is a fantastic achievement and a reward for their hard work, dedication, and consistent performances throughout the cross country season.

We also congratulate the following students who competed at the Regional Championships, Michael P, Malayeka E and Harry P. It is a tremendous effort to get to this level, and we look forward to them continuing to have success for the College in this area.

We wish Ramiro and Jacob the very best of luck as they prepare to compete against Victoria's best runners at the upcoming State Championships.

Herald Sun Competition Launch Event

On Friday 12 June, members of our Senior AFL Boys and Girls Leadership Group proudly represented the school at the 2026 Herald Sun Football Competition Season Launch.

The event provided students with an exciting opportunity to celebrate the upcoming football season alongside schools from across the state. Throughout the afternoon, students heard from inspiring keynote speakers Chad Wyngard (retired Port Adelaide & Hawthorn player) and Sophie McKay (Current AFLW Carlton), who shared valuable insights into leadership, teamwork and their experiences within Australian Rules Football.

A highlight of the event was the chance for students to view and take photos with the prestigious 2026 AFL and AFLW Premiership Cups, providing a memorable experience and further motivation ahead of the season.

The launch was a fantastic opportunity for our student leaders to connect with the wider football community, gain inspiration from influential figures in the game and build excitement for the year the rest of the ACS Football season.
