The P&F is looking for a friendly and proactive volunteer to help secure donations and sponsorships from local businesses.
This flexible role involves:
Reaching out to businesses for prizes or sponsorship
Supporting fundraising events
Building community connections
Perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our school.
Time commitment: flexible, a few hours per month, with a little extra around events.

Help Us Stock Our Second-Hand Uniform Pop-Up Shop
Our next Second-Hand Uniform Pop-Up Shop is scheduled for the end of July, and we need your help! Families with uniform items in good condition are encouraged to donate them.
Pre-loved uniforms can be purchased by other families through the upcoming pop-up shop, where proceeds are directed towards College improvement initiatives.

Circle of Security Parenting Program
Calling all parents of Prep - Year 5 students! Are you interested in learning more about your parenting style? Have you thought about reflecting with others on building parent-child relationships in a supportive environment?

Do you own/run a food truck, or know someone who does? We're looking to connect with food truck operators who may be interested in serving during the Twilight Carols at Canowindra on Friday 27 November.

Student Withdrawals from the College
As per our enrolment policy, the College requests families to provide one full term's notice if they plan to withdraw their child. We kindly ask that if you are considering transferring your child to another school, you notify us as soon as possible. This early notification will ensure that we can adequately support the students leaving, making a smooth transition for them, and facilitating a seamless process. Our aim is to also support both our current families and prospective families who are eager to join our vibrant community. We have a significant number of students on waitlists for many year levels, and your early notification will greatly aid us in making well-informed decisions regarding enrolment placements.
