Funding Proposals
A heartfelt thank you to all parents who have generously given their time, energy, and support throughout this term. Your involvement strengthens our school community, and we deeply appreciate every contribution — big or small.
A reminder that funding proposals are due on Friday, 31 July. If you have an idea or initiative that could benefit our students or school community, we encourage you to submit your proposal before the deadline.

Parent Sundowner - 19 September

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a connected and welcoming school community, the John XXIII College Parents’ Association warmly invites all parents to join us for our Parent Sundowner, an informal, adults‑only evening on the College grounds, complete with live entertainment.
This relaxed, picnic‑style gathering is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow parents, catch up with old friends, and celebrate the spirit of our College community.
Format: Picnic‑style
- BYO drinks or use the bar to purchase drinks on the night
- BYO picnic food or pre‑order catering by Ultimo when you purchase your ticket. (Food will not be available for purchase at the event.)
- What to bring: Picnic rug or low chairs
If doing BYO please no glassware.

We would like to thank our PALS (Parents’ Association Liaisons) for their ongoing dedication and enthusiasm in bringing our community together throughout Term 2.
