Preps have hit the term running with their learning...51 days at school, and can you believe we can read and write words!

Lots of engagement and learning in Maths, counting collections and ordinal numbers, as well as in FBI, learning about our Christian creation story. God created light and split it into day and night - this was day 1. 

Highlights of Prep learning so far…

Bodhi - Snakes and Ladders and learning number games.

Leni - ALL the learning and math games.

Hank - Learning about ordinal numbers.

Max - Learning all the math games like 'Get Out Of My House' and 'Ordinal Number Races'.

Spencer - Learning to write my name and learning numbers in order.

Leo - Learning letters and sounds to read.

Estella - Learning on the iPads and playing learning games.

Tommy - Learning all the math games.

Avery - Learning about ordinal numbers.

Danny - Playing maths games like 'Get Out Of My House'.

Maddie - The best learning so far is learning how to sound out words.

Holly - Using the whiteboards to write letters.

Grace - Learning letters to read like lowercase letter ‘p’ and playing sports games with the 1/2 ‘s.

Alina - Playing with all my friends.

Daisy - Learning to write.

Azali - The best learning is writing letters.

Archie - Math games like 'Get Out Of My House'.

Emily - I have loved learning all the stuff and playing 'scarecrow tiggy ' in sport.

Flossy - The best learning is when we learn about our new characters in InitiaLit.

Saylor - Learning to write letters like lowercase  letter 'f' and where they sit on the line.

Tilly - Learning all my letter stuff with Mrs Inglese.

We would like to wish all our mums and Mother figures a very Happy Mother’s Day this weekend.

Bodhi - When I hurt myself she always cuddles me.

Leni - She gives me hugs and kisses.

Hank - She plays basketball in the shed with me.

Max - She gives me morning cuddles.

Spencer - She cooks me nice

 food.

Leo - She always cuddles me.

Estella - She always plays with me.

Tommy - She takes me to new play places the ones I want to go to.

Avery - Sometimes when my dad is making coffee my mum comes down and wakes me up to go upstairs with her.

Danny - She keeps me safe.

Maddie -When she sleeps with me she gives me cuddles.

Holly - She kisses me.

Grace - When I wake up my mum tickles me.

Daisy - She takes me to new playgrounds.

Azali - When I go to the bus stop she gives me hugs.

Archie - She plays basketball with me.

Emily -We go out to get icecream together.

Flossy - She will take me around Australia in the caravan.

Saylor - When I hurt myself she tickles me.

Tilly - She always helps me especially when I got stung by a bee.
