Last week our College hosted their Senior Leadership Induction Assembly. Our Principal, Jodie Bennett addressed the Secondary students and spoke about what leadership meant to her. Leadership is problem solving. It is about seeing diversity and respect and identifying strengths in others. It’s about seeing a vision and putting this vision into action. Mrs Bennett shared this verse:
"He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."

Today an excited group of Year 7 and 8 students headed off for a three-day camp based at the Spring Beach Youth Camp at Orford. The Camp is designed to provide students with a fun, challenging and rewarding set of activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for all students to spend time together, participate in team activities, receive spiritual input and develop relationships as they build on their Year 7/8 experience at School.
Yesterday an excited group of Year 9 students headed off to camp on Maria Island. The island is a National Park and is unique in its convict history, range of wildlife and interesting historical sites. Student will participate in a range of activities such as hiking, snorkelling, swimming, team challenges and nature identification activities.
