Parent Teacher Meetings - Semester 2 2025

 

Hi Oatlands Families,

 

On Wednesday 30th July 2025, school will finish at 12:50pm for all students.

 

Students who are unable to be picked up at 12:50pm on Wednesday 30th July, or students who will be attending Camp Australia later in the afternoon (After School Care) on that day, will be supervised at school until 3:30pm and then the normal arrangement from 3:30pm on will apply for students not going to After School Care (all students must be picked up by 4:00pm at the latest).

 

The students that will be remaining at school until 3.30pm will be dismissed from the Pirate Ship Playground.   Students will be supervised in the Pirate Ship Playground until 4.00pm, if required.

Dogs in school grounds 

Please be advised that dogs are not permitted on school grounds during drop-off and pick-up times. All dogs must be kept on a lead and remain outside the school grounds at these times.

 

This is a safety measure to protect both students and dogs during the busy and often high-energy periods of arrival and departure.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

CSEF

A reminder to all families applications for the CSEF close on Friday, July 4, 2025. If you hold a valid Health Care Card and have not yet submitted your application, please do so as soon as possible.

 

To apply:

  1. Obtain the Application Form: You can collect the CSEF application form from the school office.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the application form with accurate details.
  3. Provide a Copy of Your Health Care Card: Include a copy of your current Health Care Card with the application.
  4. Submit the Application: Return the completed form and Health Care Card copy to the school office before the deadline.

The CSEF provides financial assistance to eligible families to help cover the costs of school trips, camps, and sporting activities. To be eligible, you must be a holder of a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or meet other specified criteria.
