Students of All Ages Enjoying Chess

Infants students enjoyed their introduction to Chess with the help of some enthusiastic Year 6 mentors! The Primary Students also enjoyed a game of chess together.

How does force and friction (carpet vs concrete) affect movement?

The students predicted that the carpet would make the cars go further because it is softer and that there would be too many rocks on the concrete. They discovered that the smooth surface of the concrete made the cars go further!!
