Helping Teenagers Navigate Toxic Relationships
At times teenagers get enmeshed in relationships that are not doing them any good and might be easily labelled ‘toxic relationships' Such relationships can feel very serious and intense, whether they are platonic or romantic.
Unfortunately, abuse and toxic behaviour can happen at any age, and teenagers can find themselves caught up with someone who is taking up all their time, distracting them from their goals and damaging their confidence and self-worth. This happens across genders and year groups, and sometimes even adults are involved. The infographic below, which you can print by clicking here, breaks down the signs of toxic behaviour and reiterates the pathway to safety.

Saints families, I draw your attention to the recent broadcast below from the Cairns Public Health Unit. Because influenza A is still prevalent in the community, please keep your boys home if they are unwell.
Vaccines are still available from your local pharmacy or GP and free for eligible groups.
