Witness Appeal - School Crossing Incident (12 February 2024)

We have been contacted by Shine Lawyers, who act for Mr Ronald Grinham in relation to an injury he sustained as a crossing guard. The incident occurred on Monday 12 February 2024 at approximately 8.40am at the intersection near Good News Lutheran College.

A car did not stop at the school crossing and his crossing guard sign was hit by a vehicle, causing him to suffer injury. The car that went through the intersection has not been identified.

Shine Lawyers are seeking the assistance of our school community in identifying any witnesses to the incident. If you observed the event or have relevant information, please contact their office directly. They are requesting only your contact details and a brief statement of what you observed. The process is expected to take no more than 15 minutes.
