Upper Secondary (Years 9-10)

This week 9/10 students have been continuing to build their Independent Skills when out in the community and buying their ingredients needed to cook when in the kitchen. 

The 9/10 students have also begun practising their new roles that they will be starting next Term in the Café 3021!

Senior Secondary (VPC/ASDAN)

Mulching on a lovely sunny winter day! 

Lynch Gardens, Sunshine.  

This term ASDAN students have been working very well to develop their independent living skills. We have been learning about how to make a packed lunch and a simple meal. This included designing menus, creating shopping lists, comparing prices and making a personal budget. 

We have been busy improving our peeling, grating and spreading skills whilst making a variety of healthy lunches. Next term we will be learning more about main meal preparation and how to care for our homes. Great work everyone!
