Yorke Peninsula Rural Women’s Day
Last Sunday, Loreto College was proud to support Yorke Peninsula Rural Women’s Day, celebrating the women and communities that make this South Australian region so special.
The day was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and collaboration, with guests coming together to hear inspiring keynote speaker Catherine Marriott OAM and MC Casey Treloar. It was wonderful to witness such a strong sense of connection and shared purpose.
We were especially excited to see so many Loreto Marryatville Old Scholars in attendance. With many of our boarding families calling the Yorke Peninsula home, it was a privilege to support this special event and celebrate the strength and generosity of rural women.

Venue: Norwood Function Centre, Norwood Football Club, on The Parade, Norwood
Special Guest: Marie Shaw AM KC
Dinner: 2-course meal and 3-hour drinks package
Cost: $130 per ticket (+ booking fee)
If you’re unable to attend the event, you can still support this year’s fundraising efforts by purchasing raffle tickets here. We are looking forward to hosting all the Dads for this fun community event!
