Deputy Principal's Report

Celebrating our House Competition

2023 has witnessed an enhancement of the House competition and a subsequent increase in House spirit that was best exemplified by the House logo and shield competition where student voice and student advocacy were clearly evident.

Thanks to the generous support of the Parents Association, we now have some very large House banners hanging proudly in the gym, three House tear drop banners, two new perpetual trophies and permanent scoreboards which will appear in the new cafeteria. Our newly appointed 2024 House Captains are excited about incorporating their own ideas in the new year.

In 2023, the Middle School and Senior School Perpetual House Trophy was won by Rose, with Bradman in 2nd, and Fraser 3rd.

The Junior School Perpetual House Trophy was won by Bradman, with Rose 2nd and Fraser 3rd.

In 2023 our students have made a positive impact

This year’s theme of Make A Positive Impact was a powerful message that I hope will leave a lasting impression on our students as they consider the broader implications of their actions and contributions.  This emphasis on making a positive impact not only encourages individual growth but also fosters a greater sense of responsibility and awareness of the world around them. I trust our students will continue to make a positive impact, well-beyond 2023.  Through enhancing the lives of others, you are also enhancing your own.

May the spirit of Christmas fill your hearts with joy and peace. Wishing all our families a blessed holiday season and a new year filled with much happiness, success and good health.
