Host Families Still Needed: Hirakata High School Exchange – July 2026

Taylors Lakes Secondary College is excited to continue preparations for welcoming students from our new sister school, Hirakata High School in Osaka, Japan.

We are currently still seeking host families to be part of this wonderful cultural exchange experience. Hosting a Japanese student is a rewarding opportunity for families to learn about a new culture, build international connections, and create lasting memories.

The visit is scheduled for approximately Wednesday 22 July – Thursday 30 July 2026 (Term 3).

No prior experience is necessary, just a welcoming home environment and a willingness to include your guest in everyday family life. 

Many of our previous host families describe the experience as incredibly enriching and something they would highly recommend.
