World Teacher Day 

Celebrating World Teachers' Day 

On Friday, October 25, we joined schools across Australia in celebrating World Teachers’ Day — a special occasion to recognise the incredible work of our teachers and the lasting impact they have on the lives of our students.

The day reminded us to take a moment to appreciate the dedication, creativity, and care that teachers bring to their classrooms each and every day. Whether it’s designing engaging lessons, supporting student wellbeing, or helping young people reach their potential, our teachers go above and beyond to make a difference.

Throughout the week, staff were treated to a delicious lunch, raffles, presented with awards, acknowledged at morning assembly and were presented with heartfelt messages of thanks from students and colleagues in the form of a gratitude tree in the hallway. It was a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the passion and professionalism that our teachers have which makes our school community so strong.

To all our teachers — thank you for inspiring curiosity, nurturing growth, and shaping the future. We are so grateful for everything you do.
