Division Mixed Softball Team

On Tuesday 21st October, our Division Softball Team met down at Wilson's Rd Baseball field for a Round Robin tournament. Our team was made up of Year 6 and 5 students: Eamon (captain), Ophelia, Ailie, Will (vice captain), Archie,  Edward, Cruz, Kade, Harley and Noah. All players contributed both on the field and with the bat, rotating around positions and encouraging each other to do their best. The students displayed amazing teamwork and sportsmanship amongst themselves and, towards the opposition and umpires. It was wonderful to see so many parents and grandparents at the venue cheering on their child.

The team experienced much success on the day, with everyone improving as they went through. MEPS came 2nd overall which was amazing!

Game 1 - MEPS v Tyabb - Tyabb won 18 -15

Game 2 - MEPS v Boneo - MEPS won 25 - 12

Game 3 - MEPS v Mt Martha -  MEPS won 16-14
