What are you reading?
📗National Simultaneous Story-time will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd of May at 12pm. This years book is Bowerbird Blues written by Aura Parker.
National Simultaneous Storytime involves students around Australia all reading the same story at the same time. Epsom Primary School had been a part of this event for over 5 years. Last year over 2.18 million students participated at 59000 different locations.
📘Book Fair had to be postponed but we have booked a new date 22nd of July to the 2nd of August. More details regarding dates for parent purchasing will appear in a later newsletter.
📔Book Week is in Term 3 the theme this year is "Reading is Magic" 🪄

Scholastic Book Club Issue 3 closes on Friday 4th of May.
There are a number of books that have recently been purchased with more on the way that need contacting. If you are able to help with this in any way it would be greatly appreciated. We will be having another contacting party this term - stay tuned for more details.
