RETURN IT RECYCLYING 

CONGRATULATIONS

GRADE 1/2M won the recycling competition for term 2-Return it . As a result of this their class can wear free clothes on Thursday the 27th June. The Sustainability Captains will play a game with them

Nest term the elected students for our new Sustainability group will begin. Congratulations to our new eco warriors!

The class that raises the most donations will be able to have a free dress day each term.

Donations form the Return It  Program will be split half going to Connor's Run https://www.connorsrun.com/  and the other half going to the SJV gardening club.

 

Our sustainability captains Nethuli and Estella will be running this competition.

 You will receive a receipt of your donations. 

 

All receipts are to be put in the Return it box at the front administration/office area and the Sustainability Captains will count them up weekly. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PUT GRADE ON IT eg 56A.

A card will be sent home to use at the recycling depots.

The code  below is what you need to ensure donations go to the right place:

 

 

Most aluminium, glass, plastic and liquid paperboard (carton) drink containers between 150mL and 3 litres are eligible. You can keep the lids on, we recycle them too.

Look for the 10c mark on the drink container label. It is often located near the barcode.
