Colds, Flu and Viruses
With the start of the cold weather comes the start of the cold, flu and virus season! At St Peter's we have several children who are immunocompromised or have close family members who are immunocompromised, so limiting the spread of viruses to these vulnerable members of our community is vital. We know if often means having a family member or yourself take a day off work but please do not send your child if they are sick. It is recommended that at least 24hrs passes before a child who has vomited returns to school and the same applies to gastro infections. Please also have a conversation with your child about the importance of washing their hands after using the toilet or blowing their nose and coughing or sneezing into their elbows.

School Operations: Working With Children Check
Just a reminder to all our parents, that if you come on site to help in anyway (whether in the classroom or with a sausage sizzle), you need to have a Working With Children Check. It is easy to apply, you just need to visit the Services Victoria website .
Issue 5 2026 catalogues have been sent home with Students. Orders can be made online by clicking here, or via the school office with the catalogue and cash. Orders need to be placed by 3pm Tuesday 28 July.
