Opportunity for Parents to hear from Fr Stephen Wang
MACS is delighted to be welcoming Bishop-Elect Stephen Wang to Melbourne in August, who will lead a range of faith formation events throughout his visit.
On Wednesday, 19th August at 7:00pm there will be an online seminar aimed at families on the inspiring topic: Accompaniment and Conversion: Walking with Our Children Toward Christ. Come and be encouraged and inspired in your journey of faith and parenting.

National Tree Planting Day
Last Friday, as part of National Tree Planting Day, Nick Staikos, MP visited our school to plant a callistemon tree. He was ably assisted by Sam, Chloe, Tommy & Sofia.
St Mary MacKillop Feast Day
On Friday, 7th August our school will be celebrating the Feast of St Mary of the Cross, St Mary MacKillop, our very first and only Australian saint.
Our Year 3 to 6 students will be attending 10am mass, while our Prep to Year 2 students will be sharing a prayer service in the classrooms.
St Mary MacKillop continues to inspire people through her unwavering compassion for those in need and her steadfast belief that every child deserves access to a quality education.
The legacy she leaves is one our students can admire and aspire to emulate as they grow in faith, kindness and service to others.

Grandparents & Special Friends' Thank You
Thank you to everyone in our school community for helping make our Grandparents and Special Friends' Day such a wonderful celebration.
The atmosphere throughout the school was filled with joy, laughter and connection. Looking around the church and seeing so many smiling faces gathered together was truly heartwarming. Fr Jose and Deacon Leander were amazed by the incredible attendance at our Mass and it was a wonderful reminder of the strength and spirit of our St Peter's community.
Thank you to our grandparents, special friends, families, staff and students for making this day so memorable. We are grateful for your support and for the special role you play in the lives of our children.
