It’s hard to believe we are already almost half way through the term. We have lots of exciting things planned for the remainder of the term.
Book Week
Week 6 of this term is Book Week! Please start having discussions with your child about what they would like to dress up as for our Book Week Parade on the Friday of Week 6. We can’t wait to see what everyone comes dressed up as. We have lots of exciting activities planned for this week. Please check compass to see what's happening.
Swimming
There is already a great deal of excitement about our upcoming swimming program. Starting on Thursday Week 8, we swim every day for 7 days at Sweeney’s Swim Centre in Altona. If your child has asthma and their plan has changed please reach out to their classroom teacher. We will be looking for two parent volunteers per class to come along and assist each day. You will need to have completed the Parent Helper Course (link via Compass home page) and have a valid Working With Children Check, sighted by the office to attend. We cannot run this program without your support, thank you in advance.
