New - Young Picasso Competition

We are incredibly proud of our 14 talented students who have entered the Young Picasso Competition this year!

This project has been the culmination of a tremendous amount of hard work throughout Term 2. From initial practice pieces through to their final artworks, these students have demonstrated outstanding dedication, creativity, and perseverance. Many willingly spent their recess and lunch breaks in the Arts Room, refining their work and striving to achieve their very best.

Regardless of the competition outcome, we are so proud of the growth, commitment, and artistic development each student has shown throughout this journey.

Congratulations to Ajooni K, Charlie W, Charlotte R, Ellis H, Harman S, James S, Juane S, Kingy R, Mia A, Riya D, Roohani S, Sehaj S, Seth B, Zara V and Digby B on this wonderful achievement!

We also encourage our school community to get behind these amazing young artists by attending and voting during the Young Picasso event from 11–13 September. Your support will mean so much to our students as they showcase their incredible talents.

Well done, everyone – your creativity and dedication make us proud!

Although too young to enter this competition Otis Barnes in Gr 1, worked hard on this amazing piece of  pencil Art that depicts a Flooded City.

New - Victorian Schools Cricket

Last week Ollie DeMaria (Gr6) attended the Victorian Schools Cricket trials in Melbourne.

This pathway is highly competitive and intended for students who are already performing at an advanced representative level beyond local competition.

We congratulate Ollie for taking part in the trials, and look forward to hearing if he is selected.
