Kitten Update

Where did the kittens go?

Many who visited our school at the end of last year would have seen our resident cat family. While they provided a lot of entertainment for us all, living under the school is not really the best place for cats to live. Thanks to the stealth of Robyn, Bev and myself, we were able to catch the two mothers, Lily and Blackie and 6 kittens and find loving homes for them all. I have included a little update about them all as I know how invested everyone was about the mums and kittens.

Lily and Blackie have found a loving home with Courtney from The Smith Family and her husband. Courtney is a HUGE Taylor Swift fan and has renamed Lily Onyx and Blackie Midnight. Onyx and Midnight are slowly settling in but are still adjusting to life in a house after living under a school. Luckily, Courtney and her husband have experience with rescue animals.

Chester,a gorgeous ginger kitten has found a loving home with Bree and her daughters. Chester is now the boss of the house and loves to sleep on Bree's border collie's, Winnie's tail!

Milo lives with Zore from Before Care. He is loving his new life of regular meals and lots of cuddles from his favourite person, Zore's daughter.

Void lives with Hunter (grade 2) and she definitely loves Hunter's Mum, Bianca. She loves to jump on Bianca's back. Apparently 'Void' is quite mischievous and gets annoyed if her food is late!

Little Lily now lives with Gloria. Little Lily is friendly and loving. She loves Gloria's other cat, Gingy and they do everything together, eat, drink and sleep.  They are best friends!

Meet Kitty! We caught Kitty after everyone had left the school on the last day of term. Kitty now lives with Naeema and her family. Kitty enjoys belly rubs and sleeping in the sun. Of course she also loves Naeema!

And last, but not least, meet Shadow! Shadow has found a very loving home with Travis. Shadow is full of energy and love. He visits my house regularly. My cats, Max and Lucas, are not sure if they like Shadow yet as they think he has too much energy and tries to boss them around which they do not like!

We're so happy we could find wonderful forever homes for our LEPS cats and kittens!
