Term 4, Week 2
What a start to the term - we’ve been madly getting out vege beds ready for summer. Lots of new soil and planting lots of summer vege seeds. They should start germinating in week or two!
We are starting to get some delicious snow peas and our radishes are ready for eating! Some of our fruit trees are starting to flower, and everything is starting to look fantastic. Spring is an awesome month in the garden! The foundies’ green raised beds have beans coming up in all of them too.
In the kitchen we are making cheese and warrigal greens scones with the foundies first before moving onto something else .
