Saint Francis Xavier - Principal's Report

Term 2 - Week 11

Dear Parents and Friends of St Francis Xavier,

Semester 1 student reports are now available and can be accessed via the nForma Parent Portal or App. Instructions on how to log in have been shared with families today through the Audiri app.

Please note that Audiri has released an update today, and we are aware that some families are experiencing difficulty completing the update. In many cases, the only solution has been to uninstall and then reinstall the app. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Student reports play an important role in the learning journey. They provide a snapshot of your child’s progress and achievements across key learning areas and offer valuable insight into how they are developing both academically and personally. These reports are not just about grades – they are a celebration of growth, effort, and persistence.

We encourage all families to take time to read through the report with their child. Celebrate the successes, however big or small, and use the information as a starting point for positive conversations about learning goals and future growth. Highlight your child’s effort and progress and let them know how proud you are of their hard work across the semester.

The next opportunity for formal reporting will take place during our Parent/Teacher Interviews, which are scheduled for the first week of September. These interviews are a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s learning in more depth and to set future goals in partnership with their teacher. In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to speak with your child’s teacher, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our teachers are always available for a phone call or to arrange a meeting as needed.

We are incredibly proud of the learning that has taken place at SFX during the first half of the year, and we thank our dedicated staff for the way they continue to support, challenge, and inspire every student.
