If you would like to meet other parents/carers joining the PIC team is a great way to do it. New members are always welcome to join this wonderful group of parents. Please feel welcome to make contact via email sjpic@sjheidelberg.catholic.edu.au for more information. Our first meeting will be held in the staff room on Tuesday 18 February at 6:15pm.
The PIC has two main functions:
- To encourage and maintain a vibrant school atmosphere within the school community by promoting social activities
- To assist with the ongoing physical improvements in the school by setting annual fundraising goals and planning fundraising events to purchase school related needs and improve school facilities, in collaboration with the Principal.https://st-johns-pic.square.site
The Partners-in-Community (PIC) is looking forward to a wonderful year supporting the school through events and fundraisers. We are already well underway with some exciting plans for 2025.

Upcoming Term 1 Events:
7 February - Second-hand Uniform Sale
Come pick up some uniform bargains at 3:00pm on the Top Yard. All items are $5.00, with digital/card payments only. Any donations of uniform items for our shop are greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the office.
21 February - New Families Welcome Night
PIC welcomes all Prep 2025 and new families to the school community. Tickets are available now on the PIC website.
4 March - Shrove Tuesday
Pancakes will be prepared for students to enjoy at school. We are looking for volunteers to help with this event. Please email Megan Mallett (picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com) if you are able to assist.
14 March - Family Movie Night
Pack a picnic and enjoy an outdoor movie night on the basketball court. More details to come.
