Olivia's Act of Kindness

Year 3 student Olivia Pendlebury has made a beautiful contribution to children facing one of life's toughest challenges, donating more than 20 centimetres of her hair to the Wigs4Kids Foundation.

For children undergoing cancer treatment or experiencing medical hair loss, a wig can provide more than just hair — it can help restore confidence, dignity and a sense of normality. Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, Olivia selflessly chose to donate her hair so that another child could benefit.

Olivia's thoughtful act is a wonderful reflection of our school values of integrity, endeavour and community, demonstrating how even a simple act of kindness can have a lasting impact on the lives of others.
