Principal's Message
With Mr Keith Willett
Dear Parents, Carers and Students,
As we conclude the first fortnight of Term 3, it has been wonderful to see our students return from the holiday break with such enthusiasm and purpose. Classrooms have been full of energy, positive relationships and focused learning, providing an excellent start to the semester ahead. In particular for our Year 12 cohort, the final weeks of their secondary schooling will quickly spiral away and we wish these students and their teachers every success for the remainder of the year.
Some other areas I would like to highlight are:
NAIDOC Week Recognition
Although NAIDOC Week was officially celebrated during the school holidays, many of our Junior School students have taken the opportunity to recognise and learn about the occasion in class over the past fortnight. Through a range of meaningful arts and crafts activities, students have explored and celebrated the histories, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This important learning focus will continue later this term when most year levels travel to ASHEfest in Shepparton. Students will join schools from across the region for a day of cultural learning and activities, including participation in the traditional Indigenous game of Buroinjin. We look forward to this valuable opportunity to deepen students' understanding and appreciation of Australia's First Nations cultures.

Parents & Friends Meeting
Members of the school community are warmly invited to attend the next Parents &
Friends Meeting on Tuesday 4 August from 7:00pm at the School Boardroom. Guests can also join the meeting online if preferred.
These meetings are always a fantastic opportunity to become more involved in our school community, connect with other families and learn about ways to support upcoming events. Volunteers will be particularly welcomed as preparations ramp up for the Father's Day Stall and our two upcoming Athletics Carnivals.
Upcoming Events
The next few weeks promise to be incredibly busy and there is much to look forward to.
These event dates can be found below.
We look forward to sharing another exciting and busy term with our students and families. Thank you for your ongoing support as we work together to provide rich learning experiences and a strong sense of community for every student.
With Regards,
Keith Willett
