Ministry

Our Easter Chapel service was once again a highlight of the year for students and staff alike. It was a moving and hope-filled time centred on the heart of Easter: the good news of Jesus Christ.
Throughout the service, the message of the gospel was shared clearly and powerfully. Students and staff were reminded that Easter is not only about remembering that Jesus died on the cross, but also celebrating that He rose again. In Jesus, we see God’s love for the world, His victory over sin and death, and His promise of new life for all who trust in Him.
A key theme woven through the chapel was transformation. Through Scripture, personal reflections, music, and the sharing of the Easter message, the service pointed to the reality that Jesus meets people in their struggles, brings hope into brokenness, and offers peace, purpose, and life. Again and again, the message echoed:
'This is the gospel. This is the good news.'
The chapel also focused on the truth that because Jesus is risen, death is not the end. His resurrection gives hope not only for eternity, but also for the present. Easter reminds us that God is still at work bringing renewal, healing, and restoration.
One of the most significant moments of the service was the opportunity to receive Holy Communion. For many in our Endeavour community, this was a meaningful expression of faith in Jesus and a moment of receiving afresh the good news of His love and forgiveness. It was deeply encouraging to witness so many students respond with reverence and sincerity.
Our Easter Chapel was a beautiful reminder of the foundation of our hope: Jesus is alive. We give thanks for the way God continues to work in the hearts of young people and across our College community, and we pray that the peace and promise of Easter remain with us all.
