From the Principal

Dear Parents, Caregivers, Students and Friends of Endeavour,

As we approach the Easter break, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what has been a full and productive term, and to extend my sincere thanks to our entire College community.

Term 1 is always a significant period in the life of a school. It sets the tone for the year ahead, establishes routines, and builds the relationships that underpin learning, wellbeing, and growth. Over the past weeks, I have seen our students embrace new opportunities with enthusiasm, whether in the classroom, on camp, through co-curricular activities, or in the many events that bring our community together. Their energy and commitment have been a wonderful reminder of the vibrant culture we are continuing to build at Endeavour.

I would also like to acknowledge the dedication of our staff. The care, professionalism, and effort that goes into creating engaging learning environments, supporting students, and managing the many moving parts of a busy school term do not go unnoticed. From classrooms to camps, carnivals to conversations, our staff continue to go above and beyond to ensure each student is known, supported, and challenged.

Easter provides an important opportunity to pause. In the Christian tradition, Easter is a time of hope, renewal, and reflection. It reminds us of the power of new beginnings and the importance of community, compassion, and faith. These values align closely with what we seek to nurture in our students each day - love, courage, forgiveness and hope.

For our students and families, the break offers a chance to rest, recharge, and spend meaningful time together. After a busy term, this time away from routine is essential.

As we return for the final week of Term 1, after the Easter break, we do so with a sense of momentum with four strong days of learning before we head into the Term 1 holidays.

There is much to look forward to next Term, including continued academic focus, Rijken Cup, Debating, Cabaret, Reconciliation week, Careers night, sleep outs, relays for change and many more exciting developments across the College. We will also eagerly watch our Junior School grow and progress towards our future vision. We are committed to ensuring that each student continues to experience a high-quality education within a supportive and connected community.

As always, I am grateful to be leading this wonderful community and thank you for your continued support.
