Uniform Room Update: Key Dates and Holiday Schedule

As the school year rapidly comes to a close, please take note of the crucial dates below to ensure your child is ready with their new uniform items for the start of 2026!

🛍️  Final Orders & Pre-Holiday Pickups

The last day for families to collect any pre-ordered uniform items before the holiday break is Wednesday 10 December. If you have received an email notification that your order is ready, please ensure you collect it on or before this date.

The Uniform Room will be closed for stocktake from Friday 19 December through to Friday 9 January. During this time no online orders will be able to be placed. The uniform room will reopen on Monday 12 January for fittings and online orders. 

⏰ January 2026 Operating Schedule

The Uniform Room will be open for sales, exchanges, and fittings over the final weeks of the school holidays. 

Please click on the button below to book in for a uniform fitting.

You can place and collect your order on the same day as your uniform fitting, but please allow for 15-minutes wait time while we prepare it. Alternatively, you can receive an email notification confirming your items are packed and ready for collection.

We will also have available the following days for collection of orders:

• Tuesday 27 January 10am - 2pm
• Wednesday 28 January 28th - 12pm - 4pm

🤝Volunteer Opportunity: Help in the Uniform Room!

We are currently seeking friendly volunteers to help assist in our Uniform Room. This is a wonderful way to meet new families and help our students prepare for the new school year.

If you have some spare time between 12-28 January and are available to help, please contact uniform@ncs.nsw.edu.au. Please note that a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory for all volunteers assisting in the Uniform Room.

Second hand donations

We are always willing to accept donations of current uniform items. However, they must be in good condition (ie. no pulls, no stains, no undone hems, severe fading etc) and must be washed prior to donating. 

Call for second hand red polos (new version)

If you have the new version of the Primary red polo that you no longer require, please consider donating them to our second hand pool. Due to current supply issues, we are in desperate need of these polos. Thank you.

Library Bags

We now have new stock of Library Bags available online from the uniform shop.

Sturdy and well-made, these bags are the ideal way to carry and protect borrowed books. 

Featuring reinforced carry handle, waterproofing and name tag. Length: 26cm Width: 38cm

Please note when ordering online

Please note when completing an online order, you can register as a customer instead of using the system as a guest. This will allow you to view all of your past orders, add wish lists and even create messages directly related to your orders. Any 'store credits' that need to be issued can then be done in this Customer Account.
