K-12 Thanksgiving Evening - Book Now!
All NCS students, along with parents/carers are strongly encouraged to join the school community at our Annual Thanksgiving Evening on Monday 8 December 2025. We are anticipating that all families will attend this important event.
We have a fantastic night planned and you will not want to miss it! Along with special award presentations, there will also be unmissable performances by students, including a special preview performance from our 2026 Secondary Musical, Beauty and the Beast. There will also be performances from Year 2, some of the cast from Peter Pan, our Concert Band, Strings Group, our Primary Choir and Secondary Vocal Ensemble.
We are looking forward to gathering together as the NCS ‘family’ to celebrate the many blessings and achievements our school has experienced in 2025. All families attending will be able to pick up their copy of the 2025 Year in Review book.
The evening STARTS at 6.15pm. However, families must arrive no later than 6.00pm, as we need to start promptly. Doors open at 6.00pm. The Encore Cafe will be open from 5pm for light meals and beverages if you would like to have dinner with your family beforehand.
This year, students will be seated with their parents/carers unless they are receiving an award or participating in the program.
So that we know who is able to come, please book a ticket for all members of your family attending (regardless of whether they are performing or an award winner). You will need to allocate a name and category (eg. Audience/Performer/Award Recipient) to each ticket. We will be allocating seats once we receive your booking, and seats will be allocated on a first come/first serve basis. If you would like others in your family to be seated with you, please ensure you include everyone in your booking.

You will not be able to enter on the night if you have not booked a ticket.
If you are bringing little ones, please be aware that prams are not allowed into the auditorium.
ALL students are required to wear a neat, clean FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM. Award winners will be unable to receive their award on stage if they are not in full and correct uniform.
