Be Exceptional!

Congratulations to...

KIK iMen Graduate!

Our Year 10 student Riley B. graduated from the KIC iMen project on Monday evening. The iMen project introduces Year 10 students to careers in the Kwinana Industrial Estate by completing site tours with organisations such as Mineral Resources and Tianqi Lithium. It helps also them build self confidence through career exploration, job seeking skills such as resume development and public speaking. Riley thoroughly enjoyed the program, in particular the site tours which helped him discover careers and organisations in his local area that he otherwise wouldn’t have any exposure to.

New ALF Junior Umpire!

Year 10 student, Tayan A. is representing Western Australia as an AFL umpire at the junior state championship carnivals in Victoria in October.  Tayan recently met with State Premier Roger Cook to discuss the opportunity. Tayan is an elite runner and talented umpire.

Tyan is also participating in The Push-Up Challenge in June, aiming to complete 3,249 push-ups in 24 days. This challenge is Australia's largest mental health and fitness event, with thousands of participants each year representing the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia.

Heading to the Basketball Championships!

Congratulations to Sam M. on his selection to represent Western Australia in the 2024 Basketball 12's Boys Championship on the Gold Coast this July/ August. What an incredible honour, we wish you well Sam!
