Grade 3-6 Sport Carnival

The annual school athletics carnival was held on Friday 7th March at Ballam Park Athletics Track, bringing together everyone for a day of competition, sportsmanship, and school spirit. 

The event was a success, showcasing the athletic talents of our students and fostering a sense of camaraderie among all participants.

The day began with house chants which set the tone for an exciting day filled with track and field events, including sprints, long-distance races, high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. Each event saw impressive performances, with students pushing their limits and achieving personal bests.

One of the highlights of the carnival was the spirited house rivalry, with students proudly donning their house colors and cheering enthusiastically for their teammates. 

The success of the event would not have been possible without the dedication of the teachers and volunteers who worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for all. 

Overall, the school athletics carnival was a fantastic celebration of talent, determination, and sportsmanship. It was a day filled with memorable moments that will be cherished by students and staff alike. We look forward to an even bigger and better event next year!
