Ngurumbang (Meaning home or country) Primary Program 

This semester, Jared Burns our Aboriginal Education Worker, will be leading the Ngurumbang Program, with Ngurumbang meaning "home" or "country." The program aims to strengthen students' understanding of Aboriginal culture, identity and connection to Country through meaningful and engaging experiences where students will participate in a range of cultural activities including storytelling, traditional art, dance, didgeridoo, Indigenous games, a smoking ceremony and opportunities to connect with Country.

Last week we commenced the program with a Smoking Ceremony.
