Welcome to Term 2!

It has been lovely to see all of the student return to McAuley refreshed and with a smile on their faces. We have enjoyed listening to all of the holiday adventures and are so pleased with the way our students have approached Term 3 with enthusiasm for what lies ahead.

NAPLAN

All Year 3 and Year 5 parents should have received their child's NAPLAN results as they were sent home earlier this week.

ICAS

ICAS CompetitionsThank you to parents who have already registered their Years 3–6 children for the upcoming 2026 ICAS Competitions. It’s wonderful to see so many students taking up the option to challenge their problem-solving and critical thinking skills!  

As a quick summary, our school acts as the host site for registered participating students, with all assessments taking place online at school under test conditions during August on specific days for each test. This year McAuley students have the option to participate in Science, Mathematics and English tests. 

ATTENDANCE

Congratulations McAuley students on the positive attendance outcomes for Term 2.

 Our school's overall attendance rate is 93%, which means as a whole, mcAuley students have regular student attendance.

Well done Year 1 who are leading the school in attendance with a 95% attendance rate.
