PE Focus

Over the past fortnight all year levels have partaken in a gymnastics unit where they have worked on a series of skills. This has been run by a registered gymnastics coach (Sarah) and it has been excellent seeing students try new things and grow from these experiences - especially from overcoming mental barriers that stem from fear. I have also been impressed by some of the gymnasts we have at this school and how easy they make some of these skills seem!

Well done to everyone who pushed themselves out of their comfort zone and had a go. I hope these experiences created a realisation that you can do it if you focus, learn from mistakes and, most importantly, don't give up.
