Shepparton Championships

On Friday 22nd May, selected Year 5 and 6 students proudly represented our school at Division Sports, competing against other schools across the area. It was fantastic to see all the students display outstanding effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day.

Our Tee Ball team had a fun-filled day, winning 2 games and losing 2 games. The students were full of energy and continued to improve and develop their skills throughout the day.

The Boys Soccer team also had a positive day. While they were unable to come away with a win, their team spirit, sportsmanship and determination to keep trying was outstanding and something they should be very proud of.

The Girls Soccer team had a fantastic tournament, making it all the way to the semi-final before narrowly going down 1-0. The girls represented the school exceptionally well and should be very proud of their efforts.

Our AFL 9’s team had a fabulous day, winning all 5 of their games to earn a place in the Grand Final. They put in an incredible effort before going down to Kialla West in a hard-fought match.

A huge congratulations to our Netball team, who had an EXCELLENT day, winning all of their games, including both the semi-final and Grand Final! The team will now progress to the Regional Championships, and we wish them all the best.

Overall, we were incredibly proud of every student for their effort, sportsmanship, and the way they conducted themselves throughout the day. They represented our school with pride, and we could not have been proud of them.
