Wow, what an amazing turn out we had for our Education Week Open Morning. Thankyou to the many people who came along and joined in the small activities that we had planned for the hour. A huge thanks to the staff for supporting the open morning, and the BSC students for providing the barista made coffee and hot chocolates. 

It is that time of year again, where our teachers are starting to collate their students learning data for the semester and write our Mid-year reports. These reports will be uploaded to XUNO on Thursday 25th June. Should any parents want a hard copy, and you are not already on our list, please let the school know and we will add you on. 

Just to make parents aware, our second PL Day for Term 2 may be on Friday June 19th. We are just waiting on confirmation around this. I will be able to confirm this by 3rd June. I know we had tentatively moved it to Term 3, but our circumstances have changed.

I have added in some extra pages to this newsletter, such as Attendance Codes and School Policies. Please ensure you take some time to look over these, as there is some important information for parents on these pages. 

Lastly, I would like to let the school community know that I will be on leave from Thursday 25th June until Monday 27th July, as we take our bi-annual trip to see family and friends in Canada. Whilst I am away, Mr Shuttleworth will be the acting principal.
