Reminder - Upcoming Events

 

Just a reminder that we have :

  • Our P&F meeting at 8:00am on 9th June
  • The Waverley Netball / P&F BBQ on Saturday 20th June.

 

Waverley Netball P&F BBQ

The Waverley Netball Club have kindly invited the P&F to assist with their BBQ. All funds raised will be shared between the Netball Club and the STMM P&F.

We are looking for volunteers to help on the day.

  • Set-up (around 7:00am) and pack-down (around 2:00–3:00pm) will require approximately 8 people.
  • We also need volunteers for hourly shifts throughout the day.

 

Please let your Class Rep know or send us a WhatsApp message if you can lend a hand, even for a short time.

 

We are also kindly requesting donations for the treat stall.

 

  • Baked goods would be wonderful, and donations such as chips or cans of soft drink would also be greatly appreciated.
  • Please bring any donations to school on Friday 19th June.

 

Thank you so much for any time or contributions you can provide to support this event. This will be our main community fundraiser for the year, and we truly appreciate your support.
