Interschool Sport

All our teams had a bye this week. Our Year 5/6 students took this opportunity to get together with their teams and get some extra practice in. 

Next week we are playing Hazel Glen away at Hazel Glen College. 

Below is the Term 3 fixture.

Division Netball

On Tuesday 28th July, both our girls' and boys' teams went to Diamond Valley Stadium to play against other schools in the Division. Although our boys' team did not get a win for the day, they all tried their best and showed improvement throughout the day. Our girls' team started off strong with a big win. They then went down in their second game by 3 points. In their final game, they came up against St Mary's. We worked hard and got the win, taking out 3rd place overall. What a fantastic effort from both our teams, making it through to Division level and representing our school. We are all very proud of you!!!

5/6 Swimming Program

Just a reminder that our 5/6 swimming program will continue this Tuesday, 4th August, and will continue every Tuesday until week 8 (Tuesday 1st September).  These lessons will take place at King Swim in Mernda. 

What to bring: Students are encouraged to wear their bathers under their school uniform. Students can bring goggles. Don't forget to pack a swim bag or plastic bag for your child's wet bathers to go in after swimming (& underwear to put on once you change back into your school uniform)

Swimming will continue this Monday 3rd August at Jump Swim School in Whittlesea.
