Students have the opportunity to trade in their GOLDEN TICKETS as part of our School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support framework to be a Principal for the morning. This week we had the pleasure of Principal Beckett (from 2C) and Assistant Principal Willow. They had a wonderful time at our F-2 assembly, assessed each classroom for their 'learning focus', gave out Principal award stickers, sent an email, made announcements over the PA and also gave up their breaks to do extra yard duty. Amazing job 10/10!

This afternoon the school came alive with energy, music, and excitement at our first Boot Scootin’ Showcase! With a lively country-and-western theme, students proudly took to the stage to perform their line-dancing routines, demonstrating not only their skills but also their confidence and enthusiasm for our Performing Arts program. It was fantastic to see such high levels of engagement, with smiles all around as students performed in true country style. A very special thank you must go to Ms Stephanie Carroll and Ms Katie Murphy for their dedication, organisation, and passion in bringing this showcase together. Their commitment to providing rich and engaging learning opportunities in the Performing Arts ensured the showcase will be a memorable experience for all involved. We are incredibly proud of our students for their efforts and look forward to many more opportunities to celebrate their talents.

A very special thank you to Ms Minarelli for her wonderful performance as well.

Congratulations to all students in F-2 who achieved 100% attendance for Semester 1. Attending school every day helps students build strong friendships, develop positive learning habits, and make the most of every learning opportunity. We are proud of the commitment shown by these students and thank our families for supporting regular school attendance. Well done on this fantastic achievement!

Have a lovely weekend,
Kaylene
