Consent & Payment Reminders

Per excursion and event guidelines, all consent forms and payments must be submitted by the advertised due date. This applies to excursions, sporting events, incursions, and school activities that require permission and payment.  Meeting these deadlines is essential for WPS to confirm transport arrangements, staffing, venue bookings, and overall event operations on time. WPS is willing, where possible, to work with families on payment arrangements; however, these arrangements must be discussed and approved before the advertised due date. A reminder that consent and payment for all school events can be completed online via COMPASS.
