With the growth of Spanish, which is now in all year levels from 7 to 10 and will be in Year 11 from 2026, we have employed a new staff member, Madame Aurianne Brandely, who will be teaching both Spanish and French at East campus. We welcome her to our team.

YEAR 10 FRENCH EXCHANGE
We are planning to resume our exchange with our French sister school this year. There will be an information evening at 6pm on Thursday 27 March in the Theatre at the McKinnon Rd campus. Information will also be sent directly to Year 10 French students and their families, if you are interested but unable to attend.
The first exchange visit by French students will be in June of 2026. If you want further information, you can email me at lyj@mckinnonsc.vic.edu.au.
Upcoming Events
Friday 14 February - Year 9 Excursion to the city to see a VR display about the construction of Notre Dame at the Immigration Museum, and to do an activity locating French-speaking businesses in the CBD.
Monday 24 March - Year 9 trip to the Como for the Alliance Francaise French Film Festival.
Thursday 27 March - Information Evening for the Year 10 French Exchange in the theatre at McKinnon Rd.
