Dear Parents, Students and Caregivers,
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we navigated the delayed start to the band this year. We truly appreciate your flexibility, and we are thrilled to share that rehearsals are now off to a great start! The students have already shown incredible enthusiasm, and we are excited to see how much they will grow over the coming months.
This week, our Training Band will begin using their instruments, and it's such an exciting milestone for them!
We still have places available in our Training Band, and if your child is interested in joining, we would love to welcome them! Please send the band an email at roseleaband@gmail.com.

Important notices
Training Band - With rehearsals beginning this week, we would like to remind parents to please secure tutoring and instruments for your child. The Band recommends either Turramurra Music or Sydney Band Instruments in Gladesville for instrument rentals.

Band Committee 2025
We will be holding our first Band meeting on Tuesday 25th February at Veranda Bar at Beecroft at 7:30pm. We encourage all parents to join as this will be an opportunity to learn about upcoming events and ways you can get involved.
This year the Band camp will be held on the weekend of 22nd & 23rd March, so please mark this date in your calendar as attendance is required for band membership.
Band Communication - All Band parents and carers will receive communication via 3 channels - School Enews App, Gmail (roseleaband@gmail.com) and WhatsApp. Please make sure you are in the correct WhatsApp group as this is the main channel for communicating.
Band Fees
Term 1 2025 Band Fees - invoices will be sent out this week. If you do not receive an invoice by the end of this week, please email the band to follow up.
Joining the Committee
At the end of the year, we will be saying goodbye to some very key people within the Committee. To ensure we have a seamless transition, we are looking for parents to consider supporting the following volunteers in a dual role.
