                                                         In Our Chinese Class

We have continued exploring a variety of exciting topics in Mandarin this month.

Students have enjoyed singing Mandarin songs, counting larger numbers, learning how to describe their nationalities, identifying different shapes, talking about their favourite sports and learning to talk about family members in Mandarin. Across all year levels, students continue to build their confidence in listening, speaking and reading Pinyin while developing a greater appreciation for the Chinese language and culture.

                              Upcoming Special Event: Moon Festival 🌕🏮

This year, the Moon Festival falls on Friday, 25 September.

We will be celebrating this special event in our Mandarin classes before the school holidays with a variety of fun activities and games. Students will have the opportunity to learn more about this special Chinese festival while enjoying some festive activities together.
