Acting Principal's Message

Thank you and happy Easter!
As we come to the end of what has been a truly action packed and rewarding term, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you all for your ongoing support of our school community.
This term has been filled with rich learning experiences and special moments for our students; from swimming programs and NAPLAN to the excitement of our school fete, the Year 1 Outdoor Education program, our Foundation Teddy Bears’ Picnic, and engaging guest speakers for our senior students in Business and Economics; along with so much more in between. Each opportunity has contributed to the growth, confidence and wellbeing of our students.
A heartfelt thank you for your incredible efforts and support with the fete. The time, energy and generosity of our parent community does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. Events like these are a beautiful reflection of the strength and spirit of our St. Joes community.
We are also so grateful for the positive partnership we share with you all. Your support and trust play a vital role in ensuring every child is nurtured, valued and given every opportunity to reach their full potential. Together, we continue to foster an environment grounded in care, compassion and a commitment to the wellbeing of each of our students.
Our Mercy values, remind us of the importance of community, service and gratitude. It is through these shared values that our school continues to flourish as a place where every child feels a sense of belonging and is encouraged to grow in faith, learning and life.
I wish all our families a joyful Easter.
In this sacred season, we are reminded of hope, renewal and the gift of new life through the resurrection of Jesus. May this time bring peace, rest and special moments with loved ones.
Yours faithfully,
Stephanie
