In Performing Arts in the last few weeks, we have listened to the National Anthems of various countries in the Soccer World Cup. We have taken the opportunity to listen to music for a special purpose. We have also looked at the flags and discussed some little facts that we might know about each of these anthems and countries.

In Foundation, we have been participating in drama games such as Charades, Hot seat, Good afternoon Sir, Mirror and Good Morning Margaret.
In Year 1, we have been playing games such as Rhythm Detective, Class Shapes and Who has the Shaker? We have also played various games such as Beans on Toast and Magic Key from Showstoppers :

Our Year 2 students have rehearsed and performed Readers’ Theatre plays from the book Fantastic Mr Fox. The different plays they have performed have been The Secret Feast, Outsmarting The Farmers, The Hungry Foxes and The Great Digging Race.
