What a wonderful evening celebrating creativity, imagination and community at this year’s Beaumaris Secondary College's Art Exhibition last Thursday. 🎨✨
Students, staff and families from Beaumaris Secondary College, Beaumaris North Primary School, Beaumaris Primary School and Black Rock Primary School came together to share an inspiring collection of visual artworks, performances and creative projects, showcasing the talent, effort and artistic growth of our young people.
Reflecting this year’s theme, 'It Takes a Community to Raise a Child', the exhibition highlighted the importance of connection, collaboration and the many people who support children to learn, create and thrive.

A special congratulations to Emmy Chisholm, who did a magnificent job presenting the Acknowledgement of Country on behalf of Black Rock Primary School to a large audience. Emmy spoke with confidence, warmth and respect, helping to set the tone for a meaningful and inclusive evening.
We would also like to acknowledge a group of dedicated Year 4 students, including Emmy, whose assistance was invaluable in preparing and transporting our artwork to the exhibition. A heartfelt thank you to Wynter Anthony, Liv De La Fontaine, Isla Baker, Millie Crittenden, Emily Gong and Maggie Blewett. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and willingness to help ensured our artworks were ready for display and represented our school beautifully.
Thank you to all students, staff and families who contributed to the event, and to our partner schools for helping create such a vibrant and memorable celebration of the arts.
