HOUSE ATHLETICS WEEK IS HERE!!

House Athletics Carnival

We are so excited for our house athletics carnival this week on Tuesday and Wednesday!

Junior Carnival

Who: Foundation, Year 1 and 2

Date: Tuesday July 28th  

Location: MPHPS oval

Time:

Athletics rotations 9am

Sprints 11.20am

Senior Carnival 

Who: Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 students

Date: Wednesday, July 29th  

Location: Meadowglen Athletics Stadium

Time: 8.45am-3.10pm

Event Purpose:

The aim of the House Athletics Carnival is for students to showcase their personal best and perseverance in a range of Athletics events, whilst also earning points for their house team. The winning house will be the House Athletics champions for 2026!

What to Wear:

Students should come dressed in their house colours. Optional face paint and hairspray can be done at home.

Spectators:

Spectators are very welcome!

Hoop Time Basketball Competition

Well, it certainly is a big week ahead! 

Best of luck to our Year 5 and 6 basketball teams as they compete in the annual BDSSA Hoop Time Tournament on Friday, 31 July.

Our students will compete against seven other schools from across the district in what promises to be an exciting day of competition. We wish all of our players the very best and know they will represent our school with great teamwork, respect and pride. Go team!
