Throughout the term, Cert I Hospitality students have been developing their practical kitchen skills while learning the importance of planning and managing their time effectively and working collaboratively with others.
Last week, students proudly showcased these skills by planning, preparing and serving a brunch menu for their invited guests. From setting tables and organising service to producing quality food. Students demonstrated professionalism, teamwork and a commitment to providing a positive dining experience. We are proud of the effort, growth and confidence they have shown throughout the term and congratulate them on a successful brunch service.

From hands-on activities to information sessions, there’s plenty to help you plan your next step.
